Born in a global pandemic a stones throw from Compass Courtyard in the heart of Wendens Ambo. The Loaf Tin is a micro bakery that specialises in sourdough breads and viennoiserie. At the bakery you’ll see production underway where the small team work closely with local suppliers and use high quality ingredients.
